Clean lines and simple silhouettes
Just before Valentine's Day this year, we set up in a gorgeous shop front here in Vancouver to shoot our new dress line with our dream team of choice. Armed with our steamer, a few dozen pastries, and some gorgeous natural light (even though it was snowing!), we shot our sophomore dress collection. From this, a clear vision arose: a celebration of minimalism, clean lines, and extremely simple, refined silhouettes.
The Adah Gown is our simplest silhouette. But as is our motto: less is more! With delicate lace variations, such as the pictured Reina Lace, or a simple polyester crepe de chine for a modern take, Adah is perfect for a romantic, minimal bride.
The Margot Dress is one of our classic designs: it was modelled on a classic design but modernized with a luxurious polyester crepe de chine. With its low cut, draped back, and slim fit through the hips and thighs, the Margot Dress is equal parts sophisticated and sexy.
The Rianne Gown is one of our more playful design. With a simple A-Line skirt fashioned in a delicate lace, Rianne's silhouette is a classic one, dressed up by a dramatic flounce at the bodice. We love this unique wedding dress for a vivacious, ethereal bride.
The Ines Gown is all about that thigh high slit; Angelina Jolie served as some major inspiration for this design. The bodice is a soft polyester crepe de chine, while the skirt comprises a satin base with a lightweight chiffon overlay. Paired with a sexy, strappy back, this gown is all about dramatics. We love the Ines Gown for a laid back, hair down sort of bride.
The Elyn Dress is new to the bunch. We love this design for its flirtatious neckline and form fitting natural waist. The Elyn Dress is well customized, too—pictured here with Ilaria Lace, but also available in the Reine and Clara Laces. Elyn's skirt features a subtle train that will sway and dance as you move—we love this gown for a romantic beach wedding.
The Lotta Gown is all about luxury. Soft polyester crepe de chine drapes and sways beautifully in the wind and as you dance and move, while the delicate chiffon flounce adds a dose of flirtation. Lotta's simple neckline shows off the collarbones and shoulders (pairs well with a subtle shimmer!) and the crepe hugs gently through the hips for a seriously sexy silhouette. Get flirty with it!
