Production & Shipping

Your order will be made within 1-2 weeks (2-6 weeks for fine jewelry; 4 weeks for lingerie, capes, toppers; 12 weeks for bridal dresses and skirts) after the payment has been cleared. Please contact us for rush orders. For shipping times, see below.

For Bella Belle Shoe orders, please note you should expect to receive your order within 4-6 weeks (6-8 weeks for international). Please contact us if you need the shoes sooner.

It will be shipped to the address provided during the checkout. If for any reason your order needs to be shipped to another address, please let us know via the 'Special Instructions' box during check-out or by contacting us directly at

All shipments are sent through Canada Post. Shipping rates can be calculated in your shopping cart before going through the check-out process.

Regular Mail - The value of the goods is fully insured, but tracking is not available. (Shipping time: 1-2 weeks)
Expedited Mail - The entire value of the contents is fully insured and a tracking number is provided for each package. (Shipping time: 5-7 business days)
Express - The entire value of the contents is fully insured and a tracking number is provided for each package. (Shipping time: 3-5 business days)

International Orders - Regular shipping time: 2-5 weeks. Please note, we have no control over customs fees that may be charged upon arrival of your order.
International Orders - Please note that we have no control over how long your customs department holds up your package, nor the fees that may be charged upon arrival of your order.

Lost Packages

Though rare, packages can be lost in transit from time to time. For international orders, please allow up to eight weeks for delivery. If your order has not arrived within eight weeks of the shipping date, please contact us directly.


Orders will be placed in a gift box which is then placed inside a secure mailing box or packet. If you are sending a gift and would like to add a personal message, we would be happy to fulfill your request.

Refunds and Exchanges

Exchanges & Returns:

We will gladly process an exchange or return for regular-priced items that were purchased without any customizations or add-ons. Please note that all dresses, skirts, toppers, panties, garters, veils, jewelry, complete waistline sashes/belts, items made with white ribbon, grey ribbon, black elastic, and custom items (those in which a customization or add-on has been chosen) are considered a final sale.

Provided that the item is eligible for return and has not been used or damaged, you may exchange or return it within 14 days (7 days for shoes) of receiving your purchase. Only items returned in their original condition will be accepted. Once we have received the item and verified that the above conditions are met, we will promptly process the refund/exchange. The customer is to pay any additional shipping charges that may result.

Only packages that clearly state "CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING TO SENDER" and the stated value as $5 will be accepted. If the package is not clearly marked as a return, we will be charged duties on our own product, and so the package will be refused and sent back to the sender.

Defective & Damaged Products:

If any of the items from your order are missing, broken, or damaged when your package arrives, please contact us with your name, transaction ID, and a description of the problem. We will do everything we can get the issue resolved in a timely manner to ensure that you are happy with your purchase!

Davie & Chiyo™ graphics, patterns and designs are the exclusive property of Davie & Chiyo™. Copying our products or designs may constitute a misappropriation of our intellectual property. If our work is misappropriated for a commercial purpose, we will commence legal action immediately.
